On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 15, 2015, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant, in effect, for summary reversal of an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated February 4, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal, as well as this motion are transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court for the Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeal and this motion shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court for the Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts.
