Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of a decision of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated January 16, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the decision is deemed to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court entered February 4, 2015 (see CPLR 5512[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
