Application by the appellant St. Vincent's Hospital to withdraw appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated November 3, 2008, and March 31, 2009, respectively.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties dated June 5, 2015, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals by the appellant St. Vincent's Hospital are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
