| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 24, 2015, inter alia, to adjudge the respondent and its counsel guilty of contempt pursuant to Judiciary Law § 753, to impose a fine, and to remit the matter to the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, for a hearing to determine the amount of an award of costs and expenses, including attorney's fees.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
