| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 1, 2013 (two orders), December 3, 2013, and May 20, 2014, respectively, and an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the same court entered May 19, 2014, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion to stay all proceedings to hold him in contempt in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 31, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
