Julie Robak, appellant,

v Ismael Velazquez, respondent.

(Index No. 7756/11)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Julie Robak on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 28, 2015, and June 2, 2015, respectively, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated June 2, 2015, and to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal from the order dated January 28, 2015, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved by that order (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal from the order dated June 2, 2015, is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order dated June 2, 2015, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.

SKELOS, J.P., HALL, ROMAN and DUFFY, JJ., concur.
