Appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fifth District, entered March 16, 2015.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed on the ground that appellant is not aggrieved by the judgment, which awarded him the full amount sought in the action (see CPLR 5511) and on the further ground that the judgment was subsequently vacated by order of the same court dated April 28, 2015.
