| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to reinstate appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated September 4, 2012, and November 21, 2012, respectively, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2014, an appeal from a notice of eviction dated March 7, 2013, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 23, 2013, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated January 9, 2013, which was dismissed by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 22, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant is precluded from filing any further motions in connection with the above-entitled appeals without prior leave of this Court.
