ORDERED that the order to show cause dated May 8, 2015, in the above-entitled action on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered July 29, 1994, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "July 29, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "July 29, 1994."
