Application by the respondent Northstar Signs and Neon, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 25, 2014. Separate application by the respondent Cozzoli Family Limited Partnership for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application by Northstar Signs and Neon, Inc., is granted to the extent that its time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 8, 2015, the brief of Northstar Signs and Neon, Inc., shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application of Cozzoli Family Limited Partnership is granted, the time of Cozzoli Family Limited Partnership to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 8, 2015, and its brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
