| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Taras Gladoun and Nataliya Gladoun, and separate motion by the respondents Khoa Trong Tran, Linh Tran, Ninh Trong Tran, Quynh Trong Tran, Vinh Trong Tran, and Kytrong Tran to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 12, 2014, insofar as taken against each of them, as untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the respondents Taras Gladoun and Nataliya Gladoun is denied (see Williams v Forbes, 157 AD2d 837; Maddox v City of New York, 104 AD2d 430); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondents Khoa Trong Tran, Linh Tran, Ninh Trong Tran, Quynh Trong Tran, Vinh Trong Tran, and Kytrong Tran is granted and the appeal is dismissed insofar as taken against them, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
