| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 18, 2015, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 24, 2015, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order and the release of the appellant to his mother's care and custody, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before June 8, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated April 24, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "June 8, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "July 22, 2015."
