ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated June 18, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 19, 2014, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed."
