| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION A) |
Motion by the appellant Rita Britton to amend a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 9, 2015, as amended May 12, 2015, which granted her motion to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 23, 2015, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the appeal was perfected by May 27, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 9, 2015, as amended May 12, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 27, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "July 9, 2015."
