Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Javell Fox sworn to May 7, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the notice of appeal dated May 28, 2014 as timely served, and
It is further ORDERED that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 19, 2014 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date of June 18, 2014 and inserting in place thereof the date July 23, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
