| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to hear an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 13, 2013, together with an appeal from a judgment of the same court entered February 24, 2015, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals shall be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
