| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 2, 2015, in the above-entitled appeal is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 1, 2015, in effect, to enlarge the record to include a certain forensic report, to enlarge the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief, and to seal Exhibit D annexed to the motion papers.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the attorney for the child to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 10, 2015, and the brief of the attorney for the child must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before July 20, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal Exhibit D annexed to the motion papers is granted, Exhibit D annexed to the motion papers is deemed to be filed under seal, and shall remain sealed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
