Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file opposition to the appellants' application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated November 5, 2014, affirming two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered October 4, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
