| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated February 11, 2015, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2015, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated February 11, 2015, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before May 22, 2015. Separate motion by the respondent to vacate the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 23, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 22, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "July 30, 2015"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied.
