In the Matter of Gil Dragushansky, respondent,

v Carmit P. Tacher Auerbuch, appellant.

(Docket No. O-783-14)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Carmit P. Tacher Auerbuch from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 26, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2015, that branch of the respondent's motion which was to dismiss the appeal was denied on condition that on or before May 29, 2015, the appellant ordered and paid for the remaining transcripts, and advised this Court, in writing, that the transcripts had been ordered and paid for, and the expected date the transcripts would be completed. The appellant has not provided written notice concerning the transcripts.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 15, 2015.

LEVENTHAL, J.P., DICKERSON, ROMAN and HINDS-RADIX, JJ., concur.
