On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 19, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 22, 2013, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "the brief filed by the appellant's assigned counsel and the appellant's pro se supplemental brief," and substituting therefor the words "the appellant's main brief and supplemental brief."
