ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 5, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered September 30, 2014, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 22, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "July 2, 2015."
