| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 29, 2014, and to direct the respondent's counsel and the appellants' former counsel to furnish appellants' current counsel with the trial exhibits.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until August 31, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic in light of the representations made in the motion papers that the trial exhibits will be furnished to the appellants' current counsel.
