2015-03067 In the Matter of Vera B. (Anonymous). Deborah Chadow, etc., petitioner-respondent; Deanna Christine Lyles, respondent-appellant, et al., respondent. (Index No. 30248/11)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Deanna Christine Lyles from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 30, 2015.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that directs a hearing to aid in the disposition of a motion (see Bagdy v Progresso Foods Corp., 86 AD2d 589), and we decline to grant leave to appeal.
ENG, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, SKELOS and DILLON, JJ., concur.
