Motion by the respondent to strike Point IV of the appellant's brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 28, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Point IV of the appellant's brief is stricken, and on or before July 27, 2015, the appellant shall remove Point IV from the copies of the appellant's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court.
