Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered December 12, 2014, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated April 30, 2015. Cross motion by appellant to modify the terms of the stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted and the stay is vacated; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellant's cross motion is denied.
