Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered April 9, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal is granted, and the court's order dismissing the appeal is vacated; and it is further
ORDERED that the time to file appellant's brief is hereby enlarged, and appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before August 14, 2015 and it is further
ORDERED that the First District Court, Suffolk County, is directed to settle the minutes and to file the return with this court forthwith. No further enlargements shall be granted.
