Motion by respondent on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 10, 2013, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 10, 2014, and extended by decisions and orders on motions of this court dated August 4, 2014 and March 5, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal by September 11, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
