ORDERED that the decision and order on application dated June 30, 2015, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on application is substituted therefor:
Application on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both rendered March 26, 2012, to withdraw the appeal from the judgment rendered March 26, 2012, under Indictment No. 8927/10.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties dated June 23, 2015, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeal from the judgment rendered March 26, 2012, under Indictment No. 8927/10 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-03748), is deemed withdrawn.
