By scheduling memorandum dated March 6, 2015, respondent was directed to file the responding brief in accordance with section 800.14 (b) of this Court's Rules of Practice on or before April 20, 2015. On April 21, 2015, respondent was granted an extension of time until May 20, 2015 to file such brief. Respondent has failed to file the brief or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file and serve the responding brief on or before July 27, 2015, and it is further

ORDERED that the appeal is calendared for the October 2015 term of this Court.
