| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 23, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 19, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Cross motion by the respondent to strike stated portions of the affirmation in support of the motion on the ground that they refer to matter dehors the record, and to impose a sanction upon the appellant and her counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and cross motion are denied.
