On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 19, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated September 4, 2012, and November 21, 2012, respectively, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 7, 2014, an appeal from a notice of eviction dated March 7, 2013, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 23, 2013, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated January 9, 2013, which was dismissed by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 22, 2014, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the word "that" and substituting therefor the words "that on the Court's own motion."
