| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Juan R. Angrisani for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Angrisani was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on June 15, 1998, under the name Juan Roque Angrisani. By opinion and order of this Court dated November 24, 2003, Mr. Angrisani was disbarred, effective immediately, based on his conviction of a felony.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and the matter is referred to the Committee on Character and Fitness to investigate and report on Juan Roque Angrisani's character and general fitness to practice law.
