| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Mark Howard Brenner for reinstatement as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Brenner was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the First Judicial Department on July 30, 1984. By decision and order on application of this Court dated October 15, 2013, Mr. Brenner was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law §§ 90(2) and 468-a, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-11400.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, effective immediately, Mark Howard Brenner, is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law, and the Clerk of the Court is directed to restore the name of Mark Howard Brenner to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law.
