Application by the respondents Town of Ramapo Building, Planning & Zoning Department, Town of Ramapo Planning Board, Town of Ramapo Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Ramapo Community Design Review Committee, and Town of Ramapo Department of Public Works pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered October 30, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 30, 2015, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
