| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Floretta Hunt, administrator of the estate of Leslene Piggott and administrator of the estate of Horace Piggott, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated May 26, 2015, and, inter alia, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
