Motion by the respondents to dismiss appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 22, 2014, inter alia, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notices of appeal are deemed to be applications for leave to appeal and leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
