| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Deborah Gillman from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered March 13, 2014. By order to show cause dated May 28, 2015, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated January 28, 2015, and March 30, 2015, respectively. Motion by the appellant to extend her time to comply with the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated January 28, 2015, and March 30, 2015, respectively.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted and on or before August 7, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the trial exhibits; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 8, 2015, and the respondent's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
