DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Yitzchok Schwartz and Maspeth Plaza, LLC, from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated October 15, 2012. By order to show cause dated May 21, 2015, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeals in light of the subsequent entry of a judgment dated March 25, 2014 dismissing the above-entitled action.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
