| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 1, 2015, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending determination of a certain motion, and to consolidate the appeal from the decision with an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 18, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are for leave to appeal and to stay the proceedings are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
