| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents-appellants for leave to file a replacement brief on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 27, 2014, and to enlarge the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondents-appellants's brief is stricken, and on or before August 7, 2015, the respondents-appellants shall serve and file a replacement brief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until September 11, 2015, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
