| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 13, 2015, and three orders of the same court dated November 5, 2014, December 24, 2014, and February 25, 2015, respectively, and cross appeals from the order and judgment and the order February 25, 2015, (1) to confirm that no automatic stay of enforcement of the order and judgment is in effect, (2) to vacate any automatic stay that is in effect, (3) to limit or modify any automatic stay in effect to permit it to open for lunch on weekends, and (4) for an expedited briefing schedule.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
