Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq. sworn to June 19, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 20, 2015 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date June 19, 2015 and inserting in place thereof the date September 8, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to October 8, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief be and the same hereby is extended to October 23, 2015.
