Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 23, 2014, to waive compliance with the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal. Separate motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is denied.
