DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION ,

Motion by the attorney for the child Jacob E. W. to direct Shira E. W. to make the child available for an interview on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 18, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that Shira E. W. shall arrange with the attorney for the child to make the child Jacob E. W. available for an interview at the office of the attorney for that child on or before July 30, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child Jacob E. W. to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until August 31, 2015.
