DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered September 6, 2013, and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to filing a pro se supplemental brief if assigned counsel files a brief in accordance with Anders v California (386 US 738).
