DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Charles A. Leon, an attorney in good standing in the State of Florida, to be admitted pro hac vice to make an application on behalf of the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 5, 2002, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 7, 1998.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
