Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file less than nine copies of his supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 26, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to file nine copies of the pro se supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney is enlarged until September 8, 2015, and the appellant's pro se supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
