ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated July 1, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered December 20, 2013, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 20, 2013," and substituting therefor the words "a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered December 20, 2013."
