Motion to dismiss appeal taken by appellants-respondents and for extension of time to perfect cross appeal taken by respondents-appellants.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the appeal taken by appellants-respondents is dismissed, without costs, unless appellants-respondents shall file and serve a record on appeal and brief on or before September 8, 2015, in which event the motion to dismiss is denied, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal taken by respondent-appellants is granted without costs and the time is extended to October 23, 2015. The brief of respondents-appellants shall also contain the points of argument on their cross appeal.
